  • Liaise with Accounts Department to periodically to compare to the cost allocation by cost control system/procedures.
  • Generation of data and site visit (if required) to avoid delay, excess payment, consumption and wastage of material.
  • Participate in joint measurement at site in coordination with Site QS
  • Receive invoices and compare with BoQ & work out with quantity accordingly.
  • Ensure payment rate made as per agreement or approved rate from ACM.
  • Revise project cost estimate at the end of every reporting period to generate ‘Forecast At Completion’.

  • Review Internal Supply requests with sufficient backup of calculation sheet and required document such as specification and sizes based on requirement list.
  • Execute works in accordance to the approved procedures and forms ISO 9001.

We are urgently looking for a yacht captain to join a beautiful 38 meter vessel in Qatar. The right candidate will be in charge of the crew members, have considerable maritime experience and training and have significant experience gained in the superyacht. Previous experience of yacht handling is essential and handling a yacht of the same or similar sizes a distinct advantage. The Captain must be highly skilled at dealing with people, both crew and the owner/guests. Personnel management skills are very important.
